The two mobile laboratories were handed over on 14 July 2021 to two leading public health institutes of the Ministry of Public Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan: the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Epidemiology, Microbiology, Infectious and Parasitic Diseases and the Research Institute of Virology.

On 28 June 2021, Bishkek hosted a Workshop on the presentation of the Course on Export Control and the Master's program on Strategic Trade Control (STC) at the Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn. This academic program is being developed at the Department of "Law and Customs" of the Faculty of Law of the University in cooperation with the International Science and Technology Center (ISTC) and the Center on Export Controls (CEC) with the support of the European Union.
