The International Science and Technology Center (ISTC) is an official participant at EXPO 2025 Osaka Kansai, Japan. The event is held at Yumeshima, an artificial island in Osaka Bay, and focuses on the theme "Designing Future Society for Our Lives" with subthemes "Saving Lives", "Empowering Lives", and "Connecting Lives". World EXPO 2025 aims to foster innovation and collaboration to create a better future. Drawing on the success of past Japanese EXPOs, such as Osaka EXPO 1970 and Aichi EXPO 2005, the event will support global progress and contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Aligned with the EXPO theme “Lives” and “Future Society”, the ISTC pavilion showcases 12 projects in the categories of “Safe & Secure Society”, “Good Health & Well-Being”, “Clean Energy”, and “Disaster Risk Management”.

 ISTC will be hosting a Special Day on August 27 at World EXPO 2025 to showcase its mission of supporting innovation and addressing global security challenges.
