ISTC Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director visits to Tbilisi, Georgia and Yerevan, Armenia in June 2022

During a recent visit to Tbilisi, Georgia and Yerevan, Armenia in June 2022 Executive Director David Cleave and Deputy Executive Director Aidyn Turebayev had several high level Government Meetings accompanied by ISTC Branch Office Managers Irina Khomeriki and Hamlet Navarsardyan.
Due to the Covid situation preventing missions to both Georgia and Armenia over the last 2 to 3 years this was the first opportunity for ISTC to reacquaint ISTC's main Country stakeholders on ISTC's efforts and activities and to pass on ISTC's compliments to those agencies
In Tbilisi ISTC met with the vice Minister of education and Science Dr. Nunu Mitskevich, a Meeting with the Director General of the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation, academician Jaba Samushiaeorgia, Dr. Nunu Mitskevich a meeting with President of the Georgian National Academy of Sciences, academician- George Kvesitadze and academician secretary of the Academician . Ramaz Khurodze, a meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Deputy Director Department of International Cultural and Humanitarian Relations Maia Tushurashvili and Deputy Director International Law Department Mikheil Kekenadze, and a meeting with the Director General of the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation, Jaba Samushia.
In Armenia the ISTC Management met with the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Security Department, President of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, Acad. Ashot Saghyan, a meeting with the chairman of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia, Sargis Hayotsyan.
