The International Science and Technology Center (ISTC) is an intergovernmental organization connecting scientists from Kazakhstan, Armenia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Georgia with their peers and research organizations in the EU, Japan, Republic of Korea, Norway and the United States.
ISTC facilitates international science projects and assists the global scientific and business community to source and engage with CIS and Georgian institutes that develop or possess an excellence of scientific know-how.
P 60 kicks-off activities for the current year, gathers national experts for training in Addis Ababa
February 28, 2018. Thirty-two national representatives from the P 60 participating countries gathered for a technical meeting and a training in Addis Ababa last week.
ISTC CONCLUDES MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION WITH THE NATIONAL NUCLEAR REGULATOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA
On 22 February 2018, ISTC Executive Director Mr. David Cleave and Dr. Bismark Tyobeka, Chief Executive Officer of the RSA National Nuclear Regulator (NNR), signed a Memorandum of cooperation between their two respective organizations.
“ISTC is again open for business”, said Executive Director David Cleave, quoting Ron Lehman, the Chairman of ISTC’s Governing Board, at the ribbon-cutting ceremony on 1 March 2018, at The Square Business Center on Turan Avenue in Astana.
On 28 February 2018 ISTC Executive Director David Cleave received at the Main Office Mr. Askar Namazbayev, CFA, EBRD Deputy Director for Kazakhstan.
