Objective

Objective
The purpose of this project is to conduct fundamental and applied research work on the problem of "Synthesis, study and optimization of the optoelectronic properties of nanocomposites and thin films based on non-toxic perovskites of the CsSnX3 family (X = Cl, Br, I , F, ..)" to improve absorbing properties and increase the conversion efficiency of solar cells based on them. Another goal of the work is to develop new methods and technologies for the synthesis of hybridized perovskites with improved properties, as well as to conduct theoretical and experimental studies of the structural, thermal, and optoelectronic properties of the synthesized materials after doping their structures in order to design their band gap.
