Withdrawal of the Russian Federation from the Agreement Establishing the International Science and Technology Center
In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation as of 11.08.2010 № 534-рп
“On withdrawal of the Russian Federation from the Agreement Establishing the International Science and Technology Center of 27.11.1992, and from the Protocol on the Provisional Application of the Agreement Establishing the ISTC of 27.12.1993”:
The ISTC office in Moscow terminates its activities after 15 July 2015.
The ISTC Secretariat moved to Astana, the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Documents concerning the work of ISTC in the RF have been transferred to the Russian State Archive of Science and Technical Documentation and to “CenterAtomArchive”.
