Receiving the support from ISTC, PI "Astana National Laboratory" held the International Scientific Conference in a hybrid format "MODERN PERSPECTIVES OF BIOMEDICAL SCIENCES", which took place on October 20-21, 2022 at Nazarbayev University.

The conference is aimed at presenting current research and development activities in the field of bioengineering and regenerative medicine, global health, genomic and personalized medicine, system biology and bioinformatics. As part of the conference, scientists from leading scientific organizations near and far abroad made presentations: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Armenia, Georgia, as well as Japan, USA, Italy, France, Sweden. Along with the speeches of the speakers, poster sessions were held with reports by young scientists. Among the poster reports, a competition was held with cash and memorable prizes.

The conference was attended offline and online by more than 1,500 students from among scientists, doctors from all regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the countries of Central Asia and the Caucasus. All participants received participation certificates.
