More than 35,000 people visited ISTC Pavilion of the first 20 days at EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan

The ISTC pavilion welcomes an average of 1,800 visitors each day, including Japanese visitors and tourists from around the world. Many visitors are enthusiastic about collecting stamps on their Official Stamp Passports, a popular activity at EXPO known as the “Stamp Rally,” in which ISTC also participates. The distinctive light blue stamp of the ISTC pavilion is a favorite among visitors. Visitors can also pick up a handout about ISTC and its exhibited projects, available in both English and Japanese, offering deeper insights into ISTC’s activities.
In recent days, the pavilion has hosted high-level guests, including ASEAN-Japan business leaders, the Senior Investment Promotion Officer of the Malawi Investment and Trade Centre, and official participants from our member countries.
The exhibited projects at ISTC pavilion seem to be interesting for scientists and experts in the private sector, particularly in the field of clean energy. Especially, collaborative projects between Georgia and Japan, as well as Tajikistan and Japan attract the interest of visitors.
