ISTC signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Georgian Center for Strategy and Development (GCSD)
On 13 March 2024, International Science and Technology Center Executive Director David Cleave signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mariam Tokhadze, Director of the Georgian Center for Strategy and Development (GCSD).
Georgian Center for Strategy and Development (GCSD) is a non-partisan, neutral, non-governmental organization. GCSD is one of the leading independent think tanks in Georgia. GCSD's goals are to support Georgia's national security, strengthening the principles of effective and democratic governance of the country, supporting its European and Euro-Atlantic integration and creating the conditions for Georgia's sustainable development.
An ISTC partnership request that will facilitate GCSD's utilization of ISTC for a planned security project in Kazakhstan and further cooperation and collaboration after that is in process.
