ISTC Meeting with the Spanish Embassy
On 16th February Executive Director David Cleave, Deputy Executive Director Aidyn Turebaev and Senior Project Manager (EU) Philippe Geffroy met with the Spanish Embassy Deputy Head of Mission Mercedes Millan Rajoy at their request.
The meeting gave the opportunity for Executive Director to introduce ISTC and its activities and to further discuss future cooperation and collaboration on scientific diplomacy in Kazakhstan and the region. Discussions covered green energy, food and water security, innovation and cooperation with Universities on relevant sectors and areas of research, Government authorities plans and projects and also best practices and legal frameworks, all in the light of Kazakhstan's 2060 Road Map.
The Spanish Embassy in Kazakhstan also oversees not only Kazakhstan but also Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
