European Commission’s Delegation to Russia at ISTC
On February 27th, Mr. Marc Franco, Head of the European Commission’s Delegation to Russia visited the ISTC Secretariat Headquarters in Moscow to receive a briefing on ISTC's current activities. The delegation was welcomed by Mr. Norbert Jousten, ISTC Executive Director, Mr. Waclaw Gudowski, EU Deputy Executive Director, and Mrs Laura Schmidt Williams, US Deputy Executive Director. The briefing was part of ISTC's longstanding commitment to actively inform Russia-based Party representatives on all on-going and future ISTC initiatives.
