Tajik researcher discussed the issue on biodiversity and food security at the ICEWRM conference in Tokyo

The conference which took place in Tokyo, Japan on May 26 - 27, 2016 provided the premier interdisciplinary forum for researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns, practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted in the field of Environment and Water Resource Management.The ICEWRM 2016: 18th International Conference on Environment and Water Resource Management aimed to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of Environment and Water Resource Management.

Recent achievements and significant results obtained by scientists on actual problems of water resources management and the environment became the subject of discussion on eleven sessions of the conference in the areas, such as environment, integrated watershed management, issues in implementing environmentally sound technologies, pollution prevention and reduction in industry, wastewater and storm water management, water supply and sustainable use.  His paper presented at the conference can be read at a journal website, http://waset.org/publications/10004558/the-impact-of-water-reservoirs-on-biodiversity-and-food-security-and-the-creation-of-adaptation-mechanisms.
