International Biological Safety Program: Special Training Sessions, Milan, Italy, 9-12 July 2012
The ISTC funded under its Responsible Science program the participation of four practitioneers from Georgia, Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and Tajikistan in an international biological safety program at a laboratorium in Milan, Italy in July 2012.
The course provides special training sessions to upgrade the skills of the participants. The course was opened by the ISTC Executive Director, Adriaan van der Meer.
The International Science and Technology Center (ISTC) is an intergovernmental organization connecting scientists from Kazakhstan, Armenia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Georgia with their peers and research organizations in the EU, Japan, Republic of Korea, Norway and the United States.
ISTC facilitates international science projects and assists the global scientific and business community to source and engage with CIS and Georgian institutes that develop or possess an excellence of scientific know-how.
