Purpose of Project is to develop the new meat-fat tail breed of sheep by means of, absorbed crossing fine fleeced-coarse wool, also local coarsewool sheep Gissar meat-fat tail breed. Received young sheep (rams) at the age of 6-8 months, after the summer keeping in the pasture and extra feeding, they hand for meat living weight of about 44-48 kg this year. Breeding in drysteepe, half desert and mountainous zones of different generations more stable for difficult conditions, have good quality of meat-fat tail productivity, and can give cheaper, ecologically pure mutton and lamb, also fat tail. Making of absorbed crossing conducted with a big amount of sheep (about 30,000 sheep) in the South-West part of Issyk-Kul region.

After realization of the Project we can reach the following results:

– to receive the new breed of sheep which hybrides of different generations are adopted in keeping in the highmountainous and hot dry area conditions. They differ with extraordinary endurance. Strongness and stable for insulticient feeding to increase the number of Gissar finefleeced sheep of different generations till 45,000 in the definite period of time;

– the living weight can reach about 44-48 kg at the expense of intensive and non-intensive grazing in the pastures in the above sea level ranges (3,200-3,500 m) with production of ecologically pure muttons and lambs;
– to develop standards for production ecologically pure lambs.
