Project stipulates a development a composite material, based on the glass combination with different crystalline material, including refractoriness material by cohesive characteristics and with different metals.
Glass combination with the surface of metal is pursue purpose of getting a composition, characterizing increased chemical stability with respect to different aggressive ambiences (dissolve acids and alkalis, atmosphere, biological ambience, sea and etc.). Is it In the first place mark reception anticorrosive covering on surfaces of metal, preventing biological corrosion in oil pipes, in deep-water erecting, corrosions and wearing the shoulder blades in turbines and etc. As a result of study is expect achievements of following main parameters: chemical stability in 0.01–0.7 mg/dm2 in different aggressive ambiences.
Glass Combination with nonstoichiometry compaunds,got by the effect of termal processing glasses determined composition, will allow to get material with increased surface electronic conductivity and is shine by reflectance. Specified material are to be used in devices an electro- and optical rememberring. As a result of study is expect achievements of following main parameters: specific electronic conductivity 10-5–10-8 оhm-1ґcm-1, thickness a film 0,3–1,0 mkm, value of lazer energy for writing information 5–60 Мw/cm2 and etc.
Glass Combination with beside refractoriness materials is suppose reception ceramic composite with the high physicist-chemical factors, allowing use them in electrical engineering, electronic industry, machine- and in the instrument construction. As a result of study is expect achievements of following main parameters: water an absorption 0–0,05%, thermo stability (method of cycles a warming-cooling) 480–490 °С, chemical stability 99–99.4 % in different aggressive ambiences and etc.
Glass Combination with cohesive material allows get materials for keeping facility fabrications, transportations and usages of radioactive materials. Expect reception of erecting and products, ensuring relaxation of radiating and person protection from the consequence of such radiation.
Specific particularity of developments, this use of nondeficit, inexpensive and nontraditional raw materials for the reception said composite. As of authors of project an use this cheeses will reduce a prime cost of product aproximately on 5–25 % to the account of reducing materials and energy capacities of production at the conservation, but in number of events and raising a complex a physicist-chemical and technological characteristics and parameters got by composites.
The reception of supposed results of developments is defined available beside authors of project of experience of work in the scope of getting composite material.
