Project summary
The main objective of the Project is obtaining of Nanomaterials with new electrical-physical, catalytic, magnetic mechanical properties by energy saturation of solid matter in impulse plasma in liquid. The impulse plasma that created in dielectric liquid has all necessary properties, particular combination that are used for obtaining of nanomaterials by researchers in nowadays. The impulse plasma in liquid is a best tool for nanostructuration of solid matter. Energy of single impulse is efficient for nanostructuration of any refractory conductive material. Energy saturation of formed medium flows effectively and simply, energy completely is used for forming of free surface (boundary areas and triple joints between structural blocks of forming nanomaterial). Energy losses in surrounding areas are minimal.
Development of nanostructural semiconductors, catalysts, magnetic materials, powders for obtaining of super-solid metals, alloys, compositions by shock compression is intended.
The International Science and Technology Center (ISTC) is an intergovernmental organization connecting scientists from Kazakhstan, Armenia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Georgia with their peers and research organizations in the EU, Japan, Republic of Korea, Norway and the United States.
ISTC facilitates international science projects and assists the global scientific and business community to source and engage with CIS and Georgian institutes that develop or possess an excellence of scientific know-how.
