Project summaryThe Project Goal
The main goal of project is the increasing of sensitivity in undissociative time resolve immunofluorescent assay.
Changing the scheme of immunological determination from dissociative on undissociative by means changing the reagents for analysis. The synthesis and investigation of new class of fluorescent markers, in that the properties of binding to proteins and europium complex formation are joined with effective sensitizing of europium fluorescence.
The new markers will contain the fragment of diethylentriaminpentaaceti■acid for strong binding of complexions with europium ions and fragment of f1uorocontaining aromatic beta-diketones for effective energy transform on europium ions. The molecular-mechanical modeling and calculation for optimal structures determination, synthesis of these structures, investigations of their spectrophysical characteristics and biochemical studies for using in fluorescent time resolving immunoassay will be conduct.
It is supposed to decrease the threshold of marker registration up to 10-14-10-13 mol/1 in proposed method, that correspond to sensitivity of determination - 10-13-10-12 g of protein with molecular mass 150000 in probes.
Approbation of developed reagents on models of toxins and quarantine infections, that it is interested for ISTC and it is coordinated with ISTC.

The foreign partners can take interest in researches of new markers spectral characteristics and also in biochemical analysis on model and practical systems.
