Project summary

Our purpose is to study c-titin’s physical-chemical properties by using hydrodynamic, photonic and nanobiological methods, and then we plan to conduct similar studies over c-titin, transformed in vitro, into the form of amyloid. The studies will include a review of secondary structure and comparison of the physical-chemical properties of amyloidal form with the native form of c-titin.
