EU CBRN Project 53 Participates in the European Biosafety Association (EBSA) 22 Conference, presenting the results of its first EU Biosafety Cabinet NSF Field Certifier Accreditation Course
Key Expert in Biosafety and Training of European Union funded Project 53, Prof. Christopher H. Logue, has presented some of the accomplishments of the project at the European Biosafety Association (EBSA) 22 Conference, which took place from 2 to 5 of April 2019 in Bucharest, Romania.
ISTC's Executive Director David Cleave took part in a joint Mission of the European Union and ISTC to South East Asia to explore possibilities of a continuation of the ongoing cooperation in the area of mitigation of chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) risks after 2020 and to introduce ISTC to potential partners in Singapore and Manila, as part of ISTC's outreach strategy to invite new countries to join ISTC and to intensify its cooperation with South East Asia.

On invitation by the Kazakh Technology and Business University (KAZTBU) ISTC took part in an international scientific and practical conference titled: “Economics of Modern Kazakhstan: Problems and Prospects for Development” and convened at KAZTBU on 15 March 2019.
On 28 February 2019, ISTC took part in a planning session of the CBRN Field Exercise Arz 1 (Cedar) in Beirut, Lebanon.
